At Twist, we create a space where kids build confidence, strength, and coordination while having a blast! Our programs blend structured learning with exciting movement to help children grow physically and mentally. Twist keeps kids active and engaged with gymnastics, Ninja Warrior classes, parent-and-child programs, open gym sessions, seasonal camps, and fun special events. Designed for children from infancy through age 11, Twist’s programs focus on building strength, coordination, confidence, and social skills in a safe, supportive environment where fitness feels like play.
