Want to see your child or family on the cover of Southwest Florida Family magazine?
Now’s your chance! Our 2027 Cover Kids Contest is officially open for entries. This year, we’re welcoming family photos too, so enter your child, siblings together, or the whole family!
Each year, Southwest Florida Family selects local children and families to appear on the covers of upcoming issues. It’s one of our favorite traditions, featuring the kids and families who make Southwest Florida such a special place to call home.
How It Works
- Enter Online: Fill out our online form and upload a recent photo of your child, siblings, or family.
- Ages: Children ages 12 months–17 years. Family entries must include at least one child in this age range.
- Entry Deadline: October 31, 2026
- Selection Process: The Southwest Florida Family team will review all entries and select finalists. We will invite selected children and families to a professional photo shoot with our photographer.
Important Details
- Each child may be entered once. Siblings and families can be submitted together on a single form.
- Photos should be high-quality, in color, and taken within the past six months. For family entries, please include everyone who would appear on the cover.
- By entering, you agree that Southwest Florida Family may use submitted photos in print and online promotion of the contest.
- Entries are accepted only through our online form.
