Children’s Montessori School is a private early childhood preschool program. In our Montessori environment children learn by exploring and discovering concepts with a “hands-on” approach using manipulative equipment and instruction while also encouraging the student to progress at their own pace. The Montessori Method develops the whole child, not just his intellectual faculties but also his powers of deliberation, initiative, and independent choice. The school was founded in 1998 by owner and director Tracy Taylor, and offers classes for children ages 18 months through kindergarten with VPK integrated into the Extended Primary program. The full school hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with various schedules available. Summer Enrichment Programs are also offered during the months of June and July.
