The countdown to the new school year is on, and the Southwest Florida Family Back to School Expo is the perfect place to start. It is back on Saturday, August 1, 2026, from 11 am to 2 pm at North Collier Regional Park in Naples. This free, family-friendly event is a favorite for Collier and Lee County families gearing up for back-to-school season. Here are ten reasons to bring the family to the expo.

No tickets, no admission fee — just show up and enjoy a morning packed with back-to-school prep, freebies, and fun for the whole family.
2. Meet Moana and Captain America
Kids can meet Moana and Captain America and snap photos with two favorite characters.
3. Come Face-to-Face with Venice the Animatronic Velociraptor
