Thank you for being an exhibitor at the 2026 Southwest Florida Family Summer Camp Fair on Saturday, March 14th (11:00 AM–2:30 PM) at North Collier Regional Park – RecPlex Exhibition Hall! Please help us spread the word by sharing our event and link on your social media.
A big thank-you to our sponsor Collier Parks & Recreation. When you arrive, follow the signs to the Recreation Complex/Exhibition Hall, turn right at the soccer fields, and park in the front lot (no designated unloading zone). Please do not park in the circle—North Naples Fire Department emergency vehicles and Rita’s Italian Ice will be stationed there.
Exhibitor FAQ
Where is the event located?
The event is at North Collier Regional Park – RecPlex Exhibition Hall (not the gymnasium), 15000 Livingston Road, Naples, FL 34109. Look for signs to the Recreation Complex/Exhibition Hall when you arrive.
How do I get to the Exhibition Hall once I’m inside the park?
Turn right at the soccer fields (fields will be on your left). The Exhibition Hall is on the left side of the RecPlex area.
Where do I park? Is there an unloading zone?
Please park in the front lot. There is no designated unloading zone.
Also: DO NOT PARK IN THE CIRCLE in front—emergency vehicles and food trucks will be parked there.
What time is exhibitor set-up?
Saturday morning set-up is 9:30 AM–10:30 AM.
The event starts promptly at 11:00 AM.
What time does the event end?
The event ends at 2:30 PM (we extended by 30 minutes for those attending the St. Patrick’s Day Parade).
Will tables and chairs be provided?
Yes—tables and chairs will be set up the night before. You’re welcome to bring a table cover and backdrop. If you do not have a table cloth and would like one, ask a SWFL Family staff for one to use for the event.
Do you provide electricity?
Electricity is limited. If you need power, please bring your own extension cords.
There are 8 outlets on the main floor, plus several outlets along the walls for premium booths.
Where is my booth?
When you arrive, an event volunteer will help you find your assigned booth, labeled with your name, based on your selection of standard or premium.
How can I make my booth more successful?
Be present and inviting—stand in front of your booth, engage visitors, hand out small items, and smile. Fun booths get more traffic than a stack of flyers. Don’t forget to ask for email signs up!
What should I bring for my booth?
We provide the booth space—what you do with it is up to you! Ideas that work well:
- Costumes, a fun hat, or even a mascot
- A hands-on activity or game for kids
- Giveaways like healthy snacks or water (candy is popular too)
- PLEASE DO NOT GIVE OUT POPCORN
We expect nearly 1,000+ visitors, so pace your giveaways so they don’t disappear in the first hour.
How can I collect leads/emails at the event?
This is a great chance to build your mailing list. A raffle prize is a strong incentive for sign-ups.
Best practice: create a simple QR-code form people can scan. Bring a paper backup in case of internet issues.
What is the Camp Fair Passport?
We give out a Camp Fair Passport to families as they arrive. It includes a list of exhibitors and a grid for parents and/or kids to get a sticker or stamp upon visiting your booth. This encourages families to stop by the booths and provides exhibitors with an opportunity to engage with them. We encourage you to bring a stamp or sticker to use. Otherwise, just sign your initials on the passport.
