Snow Cone Cupcakes. These little guys will fool almost anyone. They really do look like snow cones but they are cupcakes all the way through. They do take a little work to master but the end result is so worth it. You'll dazzle guests at a potluck when you show up with these!

Patriotic Candy Apples. In the example, a layer of chewy raspberry candy coats the apple but you could make these with the traditional red coating and add white and blue sprinkles. The red coating may be a little easier but the blue sure is pretty and unexpected!

Blueberry Parfait. Here's an easy, elegant dessert that you can pull together quickly without any baking. You use purchased poundcake, jam, blueberries and yogurt and a little creativity to make this pretty treat.

Patriotic Ice Cream Bar. Another "why didn't I think of that, it's so easy!" treat. Just press red and blue sprinkles into the sides of an ice cream sandwich and add a stick to make it easy to eat. Done! How's that for adorable and easy?

Red, White and Blue Chocolate Covered Strawberries. Dip large, delicious strawberries in white chocolate and then dip into blue sprinkles to create these beautiful chocolate covered strawberries. The instructions are for regular chocolate strawberries but you can easily adjust for white chocolate. Or, do it the easy way and buy a bag of white chocolate dipping wafers (Michaels and Joanns in Naples both sell the wafers), microwave and then dip and coat. Easy!
