Judo is a Japanese martial art that balances physical and mental training. Meaning “gentle way” in Japanese, Judo teaches respect, accountability, punctuality, self-confidence and perseverance.
Children can benefit from Judo in many ways. Though it is competitive and involves close contact with the opponent, Judo teaches empathy, respect and humility when winning.
The sensei (instructors) at Naples Judo of Japan have a combined experience of nearly 20 years in Judo.
