CALM Support Group with Monarch Therapy
Are you a new mother looking for connection with other moms during your maternity leave? Monarch Therapy is offering a new support group beginning July 7 at 10:30 a.m. and then meeting weekly on Tuesdays.
C.A.L.M. (Connecting, Amazing, Local Moms) with Andrea Press, PsyD will help mothers create connection with other moms through educational and emotional support. Meeting with other mothers will enhance mommy and baby well-being. Babies 12 months and younger welcome.
