Waterside Shops, the Gulf Coast’s premier shopping and dining destination, is donating 5 percent of the day’s sales (up to 5 percent of $100,000 in total receipts) to The Immokalee Foundation Friday, March 22 and Saturday, March 23.
Waterside Shops will donate a portion of each day’s sales to assist The Immokalee Foundation in continuing its mission to build pathways to success for Immokalee’s youth. Shoppers simply take their receipts to the Management Office, located between Coach and Tory Burch, hand to a TIF representative or fax their receipts to Waterside Shops at 239-598-1773 for validation to be included in the tally of sales.
“Waterside Shops is a great supporter of The Immokalee Foundation,” said Liz Allbritten, TIF’s executive director. “For the past three years, along with their financial generosity, Waterside Shops has developed a career panel that introduces employee retail opportunities to The Immokalee Foundation students.”
The Immokalee Foundation has a range of programs that focus on building pathways to success through college and vocational school, mentoring and tutoring, and opportunities for broadening experiences and life skills development.
